Sanctum · Björn Rudman
A close, long-term collaboration for people who live under scrutiny — and who need a place where nothing has to be kept up.

Who this is for
I work with people whose lives look a way few understand from the inside. Where every move is weighed and watched. Where breaking down in public isn't an option, and where seeking help in an ordinary system isn't either — not for lack of will, but because the exposure costs too much.
It might be sport, the stage, or business. But what I meet is rarely the headline. It's the person behind it: the pressure to always deliver, the loneliness of letting no one see the cracks, and sometimes a use of alcohol or other substances that has become a way to cope — one no one around them knows about.
What I bring
Behind the discretion is substantial clinical experience. More than 14,000 hours of therapeutic work, a background with stress, burnout and ADHD, and an approach grounded in schema therapy, CBT, DBT and ACT.
Added to that is specific competence around alcohol and substances. As a trained addiction therapist — a complement to the talk therapy — a pattern of use can be met within the same trust, without referrals and without traces in systems you'd rather not appear in.
How a collaboration works
More and longer sessions than an ordinary practice allows, shaped by what the situation needs — never a standard package.
The work happens where it works best — in your own home, wherever you are, or online. I work internationally, across Europe and beyond, with clients in six countries besides Sweden.
I'm reachable in an agreed way between sessions, within clear limits, so you're not alone in the hard moments when they come.
A continuous process of at least six to twelve months. Change that lasts takes time; this is deliberately not a quick fix.
What I do and don't do, where my line runs against medical care, and what happens if something becomes acute. The safety is in the frame.
The condition
Everything said stays between us. There's no public booking, no waiting room where you risk being seen, and no part of this work leaves traces where you don't want them. Contact is direct, and the form adapts to what your situation requires — not the other way around.
Get in touch
It begins with a conversation. Write or call directly, and we'll find out together whether this is right for you — with no obligation and in complete confidence.
